Through my experiences, I have learned how easy it can be to burnout and want to leave teaching. I almost did so myself, along with the 40-50% of other teachers who quit within their first five years. My goal is to help other teachers on the verge of burnout through sharing my story along with resources that helped me bounce back and learn to love teaching again.
Why Reuter’s Realm? Well, after my fantasy book-loving students and I decided to name my classroom one day, the name just stuck!
